🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Product received is incorrect

  • Product is damaged, expired, or leaking

  • You received incomplete items

2. Conditions for Return

  • Must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • Customer must share photo proof via WhatsApp or email

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products opened, used, or tampered with

  • Products ordered by mistake or due to change of mind

  • Sexual wellness products (due to hygiene reasons)

4. How to Initiate a Return

💵 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Product is out of stock and payment was made in advance

  • Returned item is verified and approved for refund

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 working days

  • Cash-on-delivery orders may be refunded through mobile wallet or bank transfer
